**SOLD OUT** SUPPORT GROUP: Anxiety

$40.00 every week for 8 weeks

Our 8-week Anxiety Support Group is a supportive, conversation-based space where you'll connect with people who understand what anxiety actually feels like while learning practical tools you can use in everyday life.

Each session combines guided group conversation, psychoeducation, relatable discussions, and practical coping tools you can continue using outside of group.

Over 8 weeks, we'll explore topics like:

  • Understanding your personal anxiety patterns

  • Overthinking, rumination, and the search for certainty

  • Physical anxiety symptoms and learning to trust your body

  • Relationship anxiety, reassurance seeking, and assuming people are upset

  • Boundaries, people pleasing, and the guilt that can come with saying no

  • Navigating change and difficult life transitions

  • Recognizing ways anxiety may be making your life smaller

  • Challenging the invisible "rules" and expectations you put on yourself

  • Receiving care, asking for help, and the fear of being a burden

  • Building a personalized toolkit for managing anxiety moving forward

You'll Leave With Practical Tools

Throughout the group, we'll build an anxiety toolkit together with strategies for managing overwhelming physical anxiety, interrupting rumination, checking anxious assumptions, communicating needs, setting boundaries, responding to guilt, navigating change, and taking small steps toward the life you want.

But the tools are only one part of the group.

One of the most powerful parts is realizing how much you have in common with the people sitting beside you.

You'll have space to talk about what anxiety actually looks like in your life, hear how other people experience it, share what's working (and what's not), and practice responding to yourself and others with more understanding.

You can participate at your own comfort level, and you're always allowed to pass or use text to participate. There's no expectation that you have the "right" answer or share more than you're ready to.

This Group May Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Spend a lot of time overthinking or replaying situations

  • Experience physical symptoms when you're anxious

  • Frequently worry that other people are upset with you

  • Seek reassurance even when you know it only helps temporarily

  • Have difficulty asking for help or worry about being a burden

  • Struggle with people pleasing, guilt, or setting boundaries

  • Feel overwhelmed by change or uncertainty

  • Notice anxiety stopping you from doing things you want to do

  • Want practical strategies, not just someone telling you to "stop worrying"

  • Want to connect with people who genuinely understand
